We then went into a sound both and I sat in the middle of the room with Jillian on my lap. The audiologist then went into a different room and she made sounds that played in different parts of the room. If Jillian looked at the sound a light would go on. Jillian responded well the sounds of the woman's voice and high pitched and loud sounds. If a sound was low or soft she did not look most of the time.
The audiologist came in and got us. We went back and sat in her office. She said Jillian in on the boarder of normal. She said that she hopes that after the tube is moved that Jillian might start hearing the lower and softer sounds because her ears will drain. She said that if that does not happen to come back.
With her hearing I feel the same way as the audiologist. I don't want to do anything if there is a possibility of it resolving itself. She can hear normal tones fine so I guess if I had to take a pick of sounds for her not hear the deep and quiet tones are better then the normal tones. So for this we wait and see.
