Disney World Day 8

Our last day at Disney we started with the Bon Voyage breakfast on the boardwalk. It is a meal with Ariel, Prince Eric, Rapunzel and Flynn. Everyone else loved their food, mine was ok. Then we walked over to the mini golf course behind the Swan/Dolphin. We had 4 free tickets so we only had to pay for Jilli. That worked out because really Jilli was the only one who played. Because it was hot we didn't play the who 18... Jilli played closer to 12 and the rest of us would play a who when it interested them. By whole 14 Jilli was overheating so we stopped and headed to Disney Springs for a little bit. The hard thing there was they didn't have a first aid that we could leave oxygen batteries at to charge so we could only stay for a short time. We then headed back to the hotel and hung out until the Magical Express came to pick us up and bring us to the airport. We went to go through security and they said we had TSA pre check and sent us over to that line. I think we would have been better off staying in the disability line... It took a while for us to get through and mom ended up with a full pat down... The plane ride home was kind of long. The seat belt hit Jilli weird place in her car seat so she cried off and on. Lydia did not enjoy much of the flight home either. It was also a longer flight because of storms. We got into Milwaukee and some of our luggage had shown up earlier in the day    so they had it waiting for us. We got the rest of the luggage and headed home. We were all very sleepy at that point.

It was a great time and we feel so blessed that we were able to go. We all needed that time. Jilli came home and her body had bounced back more. Most of the week she sat in the stroller and rested her muscles. She also had a good time, I think it was good for her emotional health.

I think Rapunzel was new, the only thing she knew to talk about was cup cakes and Jilli's answers didn't go with her script...

Brent's breakfast calzone

As she got more tired we adapted more

I thought this was funny

Disney World Day 7

Magic Kingdom

We had 8:10 breakfast reservations at Be Our Guest. After breakfast mom, Brent and the girls met Tinker Bell and dad and I rode on the main street bus and watched the Trolley Show. Then Brent and Jilli rode the Tea Cup and then we all went on the Pooh ride. Then we rode Mine Train. Next we headed to Barnsormer and Jilli, Brent and I rode with it and mom and dad took Lydia on Dumbo and then everyone rode Dumbo. Then we did Tiki Room and then Pirates. We had gotten a wheelchair return time for Jungle Cruse before we went to the Tiki Room so we came back to do that. The thing that stinks is that they have one wheelchair boat so for the wheelchair return time they give  you a card that tells you a time to come back that is 10min shorter then the current wait (so it was a 50min wait when we got our return time so our card said to come back in 40min) well they had 3 wheelchairs all coming back at the same time and each wheelchair boat only fits one wheelchair and it takes about 15min for each boat to go around so then we waited standing in the hot line another 30min for our turn. So while people like to think being in a wheelchair gets you right to the front of the line that is not the case on rides where you need the wheelchair car and there is only one. We are grateful there are wheelchair cars don't get me wrong, but for a ride for someone not in a wheelchair go on in 50 min we had to wait 40min out of the line and then 30min in the line so we waited 70min. I would love if Disney figured out a way to solve that problem. We then rode Buzz. Then mom and Brent took Jilli on Aladdin's Carpets and dad and I took Lydia on People mover and the Swiss Family Robinson Treehouse. At this point the heat was melting Jilli so we went to Country Bear Jamboree. The we rode Its a Small Word and Little Mermaid. Next we headed to dinner at Liberty Tree Tavern. Then Peter Pan, Mine Train and then I went to ask for a DAS for meeting Tinanna but their system was down so they let me head in with the girls which was very very kind. We then headed to Barnstormer and Jilli rode that with grandma and bumpa. We then headed to a spot to watch the fire works. They have the pass through behind main street open because they were expecting such a crowd for the fire works because it was the second weekend of the new show. After the fire works we headed back to the hotel and went to bed.
