Her fever is still going over 101 anytime she is close to needing meds. We are still alternating Tylenol and Motrin at times. I really dislike giving her so many meds for so long. She has been on meds to break the fever since Friday morning. She has been on an antibiotic since Friday evening. I just feel so helpless for her. I'm not sure what else to do.
An additional symptom that has developed since Sunday night is the severity of her cough. She seams to always have a cough and I typically only kinda notice it. She has had croup so many times I have lost count. We are on our 4th 30count box of neb meds since August. Sunday night her cough became more intense and her lungs sound more raddley. We were up all night last night with her coughing. She has also coughed so hard she has vomited ounces of mucus and stomach at a time on us the past few days. It's really gross but today after she puked everywhere she clapped for herself like she was proud. She is so silly!
She has spent most of her day sleeping since Sunday. Most of the time when she is awake she has been kinda dazed however we see glimpses of normal Jillian. She pushed her lion walker the other night for the first time. She and I also had a fun time playing with her piggy bank toy. I would line up the coins and she would push then the rest of the way in. It was really cute. I love her little smile.
This week has reminded me of when she's was a newborn and she would just lay in my arms for hours. Now when she is not sick there is no way she is going to let you hold her like a baby however this week that is exactly how she wants to be held. No worries. This is not making me want to have another baby right now. I am loving all her cuddling this week bit then she pukes on you and I remember all the vomit and screaming that little Jillian came with too.
Well it's bed time here. Hoping to sleep at least a 2hr stretch. My poor sick hubby is downstairs on a work call right now. Hopefully he gets some sleep tonight too!

The bottom picture is her and the patch of skin she has scratched open. We are not sure what causes this part of skin to itch so much but it has itched her so bad since she got that rash a few months back. As soon as there is not clothing covering this patch of skin she is fighting us to scratch it.
