Dear Ron Johnson

I sent this to Ron Johnson this morning:

I have written to you repeatedly as a mom of two kids with great medical needs. We spent our weekend with 15,000 other people walking the streets of Milwaukee for children's hospital of Wisconsin. I have also written for a special needs magazine about healthcare in this county. My dislike for the Grahm Cassidy bill has nothing to do with politics but with my education and experience as a teacher and a medical mom. This bill is bad and will hurt so many. We expect you to protect us and not hurt us however your support of this bill is the opposite. I'm a swing voter, I've never gone with any single party however your support of this bill shows me you are no longer on my side and you no longer respresent my kids. I wish for the good of the country you were not so tied to your party. I wish you cared more about doing the right thing then the political thing because for people like me I could have easily voted for you in the future if you took your time and worked with the other side and worked to help kids like mine but you decided politics is more important. If you worked together to come up with a bill that solved our drug problem, rising costs and many other issues then so many would have supported you but instead you are leaving each state to fend for themselves and cut their money. As a mom who is currently waiting for Medicaid to approve a needed medication for my child to breathe I see how tight the system already is and how streatched thin it is and sadly this bill does nothing to help families like mine. I trusted you, but I won't make that mistake again and I will use every platform I can to find other people for Wisconsin that will protect kids like mine because this bill isn't Wisconsin values.

Please contact your representatives about this bill. If you need more info about why I feel this way about this bill I would be happy to share with you why it worries me. Healthcare triage has done multiple videos about it. I didn't have time for this right now, my job should just be taking care of my kids however I couldn't sit silent about this because that would have been failing them too. I beg you to please contact your representatives about this, not only for yourself but for kids like mine
