Long night

Last night I cuddled up in bed with the girls. Lydia had no want to sleep and Jillian's body itched from the steroids. Eventually we got them both calmed down and sleeping in their own bed. Brent hooked Jilli's pulse ox up and the rates looked ok. We decided it was time for sleep.
A few times during the night Jilli would drop down to 91 so her pulse ox would alarm. I would get up and check on her and it would bounce back to 95 and stay that way just long enough for me to fall asleep again and then it would drop. We did this until midnightish. Then Lydia got up around 1 for who knows what reason. At 2 it was time to fill their pumps. At 3 I woke up to Jilli continuously coughing. There was no break and it sounded awful. I know from past experiance that the only way to stop it once it gets that bed is to do a neb which we were trying to hold off because it was sending her heart rate so high but the sounds she was making where not good. By the time the neb was done the coughing was calming but her heart rate was back in a bad place. We debated driving her back to Children's but she ended up falling back to sleep and was holding and ok 02 rate. I stayed awake until her heart rate calmed back down and then sometime around 4:30 I went back to bed. At 6 Brent gave her Erythro and clamped her g bag like he does every morning but she started to reflux the med and the reflux made her start to cough again. We moved Jilli and all her stuff to the bathroom and turned it into a steam room. Since she was awake we turned her oxygen on and after a bit she started to play iPad. Eventually I brought her downstairs to the couch where she played iPad. She has perked up more as the day has gone on. She played in her play area for a bit and watched some Mickey Mouse. Right now she is next to me with the iPad. She is having a pajama day which makes her happy and earlier she was wearing her bathrobe (which she calls a back rub) and was excited to be at home. Her cough comes and goes during the day but she is playing which is a good sign. I still think this is just the weird lung swelling that happens in her world. This is exactly par for course. If this follows the typical track tonight should not be as bad and as someone who is functioning on 3hr of sleep today I am hopeful for that.
Jilli's g bag is also still only clear drainage, when she has a cold/virus ect her drainage turns slimy and full of mucus but it has not at all this week, infact her g output is the same amount as normal and looks good compared to many "normal" days.
So today is full of cuddles, comfy clothes and more screen time then she normally gets.
Lydia is still happy and does not have any symptoms (what confirms my thought that this is not spreadable because Lydia steals Jilli's passy all of the time so they directly swap germs, we try to stop it and it makes Jilli so mad but Lydia has mad swiping skills)
Today I am wearing my "I drink coffee like a Gilmore Girl" sweatshirt. Its accurate today... coffee=fuel today!

We looked great at 6am
